Livingaire Air Conditioning Limited, is a small family run business, it was started in 2005 as a sole trader, during this time we built up a reputation for excellent work, technical knowledge and response to our customer’s needs.

We have several large national company contracts that have stayed with us for many years, we take care of their sites with design, installation, service and repairs of all their air conditioning and ventilation requirements.

Livingaire became a limited company in 2019 taking our customer base and all our suppliers with us.

Livingaire are a Toshiba T7 qualified installer, this allows us to offer a 7-year warranty on all Toshiba products, and to carry our warranty work on Toshiba for customers that no longer deal with the company that installed the equipment, provided the installation company was also T7 approved.

We mainly cover the central belt of Scotland, but also provide cover for the highlands and the borders, we also cater for our national customers, providing them with first class cover for installations, service and breakdowns etc. We cover Scotland for several south based companies, covering all breakdown responses and installations on their behalf, this helps in keeping their customers happy, and the company’s reputation for excellent work.

Our main clientele is commercial, but have many very satisfied domestic customers, providing temperature control in their homes, conservatories, garage and loft conversions.

Due to changes in the air change regulations within the medical services like dental, opticians and doctors’ practices, we have designed and installed certified ventilation systems, and air conditioning where required to allow them to keep their patients and customers safe and comfortable.
